To all who shall see these Presents – Greeting:
KNOW YE, That any person legally authorized to celebrate the Rites of
Matrimony, is hereby licensed to join in marriage, as husband and wife, Mr.
Carrol Dodds and Miss Lennie Bullock and
for so doing this shall be his sufficient authority; and due return make in
sixty days after solemnization.
In Testimony Whereof, I, as Clerk of the County Court of Stephens County, hereunto subscribe my name and affix the seal of said Court this the 2 day of October q1897
