WINS DIVORCE AFTER PACT ON PROPERTY SPLIT
Armintha Dell Hottle, represented by U. A. Screechfield, was grant a divorce Saturday (6 July 1940) from Del K. Hottle, to whom she was married 3 May 1934, in Missouri.
Hottle did not contest a charge of cruelty in a brief hearing before District Judge W. R. Maines. The couple had agreed on a division of propeety, the petition stated.
